I think the Marlins just don't have the prospects to beat anyone else's prospect offers for guys like Candelario and Lorenzen. So I'm thinking now she has to go to plan B which would be trading major leaguers in more creative deals to get something done in the later moments of the deadline. That's where she might be at now.
