Teams generally don’t even look to trade their players within the same league. Then there’s the Marlins, who shamelessly trade their players within their own division lol.

I honestly feel like this is the most depressing time to ever be a Marlins fan, and that’s saying something. Feels more hopeless now than it ever did before.

We've traded for so many shortstops just think we can probably get like three or four more for Sandy alone

At this point, I only follow Marlins news to laugh and talk shit. I watched 6 total innings (opening day) last year, I dont think I’ll even make the effort to get the free mlb tv from tmobile this year.

Not as bad as now, to be honest. The Marlins had at least just won a World Series the year before.

Welcome Starlyn Caba and Emaarion Boyd.

Caba is a huge get. Several years off but this is the potential lottery ticket we need. One of the best gloves in all of baseball. Boyd fits our profile of speed and defense as well.

Caba straight up would be an overpay by the Phillies. Will be fun to watch him grow and develop as a player.

We are sticking to the plan. Bendix said we are going for younger prospects and our stash is starting to get loaded with athletes and good fielders. That is the secret sauce.

Wish Luzardo well in Philly. Funny that in a way we ended up trading Starling for Starlyn.

Yet another Bendix masterclass.

100% Agree with this. At least we had hope before. Hope for a new stadium, hope for a new TV deal and hope for a new owner.

Well, we got all of that and nothing fucking changed. There's nothing left to hope for. I guess we can hope for another owner again? It just gets old.
