Do you know the 2018 Marlins quiz

Featured Replies

Palm Beach Post has this quiz where each multiple choice question lists four names and you had to choose the one who was in spring training with the Marlins. The joke was that no one knows these players. I got all 15 right and it told me "You must have cheated, no one can get them all right."

If we wanna be fair, even the most star studded big market teams have 30-40 no name low level minor leaguers and non roster invitees that most fans can't name so its not really as clever as they think but whatever.

But take the quiz and see how you do...

11 right and I guessed on MANY.

15/15.  some of those were pretty obscure though if you dont know the marlins system.

Even if you DO know the Marlins system too. Gotta remember the NRI guys too, who aren't or weren't in the system either.

Still standing by my point though that they were trying to be smart asses by saying nobody can name the Marlins players but do the same quiz for any or every team and most fans can't get too many right.

For sure...10/15 here. I have a pretty good grasp on the Marlins system...but to include random minor league journeymen we just brought in as NRI's? lol

I missed #4 and #5 and only got the backup C’s battling for a roster spot because there was a thread with their names on it the other day; if not, I would’ve missed those too.

ya, only reason i knew most of them was that i follow all the beat writers and what not on twitter and have somewhat of a weird photographic memory for sports players.

I got 8 right and I knew those. All of the ones I guessed, got wrong. Kinda sad how 8 right gets you an “awfully impressive” and a dude clapping. 15/15 should get you an autographed picture of Admin as the prize.
