They were good, or at least good enough, like 30 years ago then they changed them multiple times... no clue why, and they were awful each time so it seems like they keep trying to get it right but it never works. It feels like they haven't changed them again in a long time though so either they gave up or they're dumb enough to think they got it right.

The truth is that for many years all the fast food places fried their French fries in Beef Tallow. Then some years ago they decided to change that to vegetable oil.. that affected the taste completely and when you hear some people talk about how fries used to taste better when they were younger that was a big part of the reason why. Something about cooking those potatoes in beef fat instead of like cottonseed or canola oil just gave it some extra flavor and scrumptiousness. 😂

October 5, 20232 yr I didn't think this would be an issue but they looked so overmatched and intimidated by the atmosphere, the crowd, playoff jitters etc. That's pretty sad cuz it changed the way the majority of the team played. They played scared and looked lost.
October 5, 20232 yr Let's be honest: we all knew this team wasn't winning the World Series this year. Yeah it sucks that they didn't win a single playoff game and it's freaking annoying, but if you went around and asked each forum member if they thought the Marlins would make the postseason in 2023, most of us would have said no. It was a fun year. Definitely the most fun year since 2003. Hopefully Kim makes the right moves this offseason, and I hope even more that Bruce actually opens his wallet and shells out some money. This team is not that far away.
