So, LoMo pissed off a bunch of people (mostly women) on Twitter again. Did anyone see his breast feeding tweet? It's gone now from his twitter page.

I totally "facepalmed" at his tweet. I love the guy, but sometimes he says stupid things. Then again, I don't take it personally because it is LoMo.

I think everyone should be allowed to say what they want to say via social media, but he has no right to take that picture.

I will say some of the comments on that think are absolutely hilarious though going to the lengths they are trying to defend and argue the "in public" part. Personally I like the cover up approach and wouldnt want my wife throwing her stuff out in public, natural or not. There are plenty of perverts in this world.

You know, f*** it, I'm going to play devils advocate. Not my general opinions but I'm sure someone's going to totally take this personal anyway...

 

In Public, you can basically be photographed without an expectation of privacy with some limitations, when you start getting into on going harassment issues. Paparazzi does it, photographers do it for news or art.

 

I didn't see the picture of this woman and dont know if she was covered but in general there has been a big deal in the media about some woman basically putting themselves out there, almost in a non sexual exhibitionist way to push their agenda. I know there was a big deal about a woman openly breast feeding in a coffee shop in NC and went to the media making big headlines when she was politely asked to leave after receiving numourous complaints from patrons, which is the business has the right to do in this state.

 

If the lady was uncovered just cruising through the middle of the store, looking at frames or something then I can understand the wierd look.

 

Like I said he shouldn't have done it because people don't look at it that way. We've all seen the photos making fun of somebodys hair or dress on Facebook or other websites. Really no difference whatsoever but because most are funny, it's alright?

 

In the state of NC a woman can walk down a street completely topless with and it is not against the law. Just an example not a comparison to the next sentence.

 

Just because it's legal doesn't mean its something that all people want themselves or their family's to view "natural or not"

It's true dude, women do that kind of stuff just cause they know it's controversial but they wanna throw that whole "it's beautiful, it's natural, I'm a strong woman and I have my rights!" thing out there. There's nothing beautiful about your stretch mark picadillo boobs. Their excuse is the baby is hungry and has to eat. Go to the bathroom! Wait in the car! It's not a surprise, you knew the kid eats at noon, or w/e his scheduled time is. You made that decision cause you want to be THAT person. UGH lol

 

And as for lomo, even though i COMPLETELY 100% agree with him, idk when he's gonna learn that he is a public figure and needs to stop using twitter.

I saw the tweet when he posted it. The picture was from a distance of a woman sitting down (next to her husband I'm assuming) nursing her kid. You couldn't see any bare body parts of the woman in the picture. I'm just describing what the picture was like for those that wanted to know how graphic it might've been, I personally think it was dumb for him to post it, but really what else should we come to expect from him on twitter?
